Why has my order been cancelled?Updated 2 months ago
We do our very best to keep the stock levels shown on our website as accurate and up to date as possible. However, on rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed, or we may identify a quality control issue that means we’re unable to dispatch it.
If this happens, we may need to cancel and refund part of your order, or in some cases, the full order. If a refund is required, we will process it as quickly as possible.
An item or order may need to be refunded if:
- the item is no longer available
- the item does not pass our quality control checks
- we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order
Once your refund has been processed, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
This timeframe can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order was placed using a buy now, pay later payment method:
- Any unpaid instalments will be amended or cancelled
- Any instalments already paid will be refunded back to you
We understand this can be disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
