We aim to process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days of it arriving at our warehouse. 

During public holidays or sale periods there may be slight delays, but we’ll do our best to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. 

If you’ve received confirmation that your return was delivered but haven’t seen a refund within 1-2 business days, please contact us here and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
